Power Vinyasa Yoga

Power Vinyasa Yoga is an energizing yoga practice designed to build inner strength in order to properly support the body and spine as the postures continue to build and advance. Practiced in a heated room (90 degrees), this 60-minute class will warm the body from both the inside and out, and invigorate the mind as we connect one breath with one movement in a powerful moving meditation. Perfect for the athlete trying to advance their ability in any sport, Power Vinyasa Flow welcomes all levels of practitioners in building strength, lengthening the spine, detoxifying the cells and exhilarating the mind.
